Description

Size: 40" H x 30" W Medium: Mixed media on canvas Year: 2026 Barbra Streisand gazes upward in soft profile, her signature bouffant and winged liner glowing against a near-black stage. Streaks of magenta, coral, and gold fall behind her like a theater curtain catching the spotlight, and at the lower edge, almost whispered, the word PEOPLE, her signature song from Funny Girl. The words A Star Is Born wrap around the sides of the canvas, a hidden detail that rewards a closer look. Part of the Icons series, a celebration of Hollywood legends in mixed media.
