Size: 40" H x 30" W Medium: Mixed media on canvas Year: 2026 I Believe Audrey Hepburn gazes out from beneath a wide-brimmed straw hat, her face half in shadow and her eyes steady. Her portrait is transferred onto canvas and surrounded by a field of hot pink. Loose brushwork, drips, and scraped passages break up the polish of the image. Handwritten lines drift across the surface, drawn from words widely attributed to Audrey Hepburn: I believe in manicures, in overdressing, in pink, in miracles. Playful and sincere, they turn the portrait into a manifesto about glamour, optimism, and the small rituals that make a day feel special. Mixed media on canvas. Part of the Icons series.
